Our founder built the company on a simple principle:

We, the second generation, continue to build on these solid foundations. We bring new energy into the company, develop modern technologies and move technical consulting to where today's demanding production needs it.

Three chapters, one story

1997: The Courage to Begin

Ing. Josef Vacula founded the company with the vision that even the distribution of plastics could be done with personal care. The first warehouse, the first large clients, and a commitment to quality that we still maintain today.

2005: Big leap, capacity

We grow with you. We are opening a modern logistics complex that allows us to hold strategic stock for key automotive partners.

2020: Generational change and new technologies

Tradition meets innovation. The second generation takes full control.
